 Course KW: Wine Tasting
One of our most popular courses! Students experience an array of Italian wines straight from modern Tuscan wine cellar located in a fabulous nearby restaurant. The wonderful wines are accompanied by many samples of Tuscan cheeses, salamis and breads to give students an understanding of the art of matching wines with food to experience ultimate tastes. (Due to a limited number of seats in the class, students are encouraged to sign up as soon as they can. Tuition is required at time of enrollment.)

Course KCF: Cooking with The Family
New Course! Students will experience home-style Italian cuisine when an Italian family opens their kitchen for this mouth-watering course. Secret family recipes and traditional techniques sizzle in a warm and fun learning environment. |

Course KC: Italian Cooking
 Italian cuisine's simplicity and wholesomeness has made it famous throughout the world. This course not only familiarizes students with common Italian recipes, it also offers a panoramic history of Tuscan and Florentine cooking from 1300 to the present day.
In small groups, the students learn simple secrets of cooking sauces, pastas, soup, meats and desserts, distinguish and choose the appropriate ingredients, expand their vocabulary and understand Italian restaurants menus. After preparing their dishes, students enjoy the food in a pleasant and cordial atmosphere.
Each course holds class once a week for 4 weeks in the evenings.
